Zack Bell was born and raised in Guernsey Cove, PEI. After attending post-secondary education in Ontario and Nova Scotia he returned to District 10 to work, live, and raise his family.

Zack spent time working in journalism and later in sales with KenMac Energy. Zack and his wife Ashley are proud parents of their children Sophia and Harrison.

Zack has volunteered as a Master of Ceremonies for fundraisers and events with many community groups and has served as Ambassador with Tourism PEI’s Ask An Islander Program. Zack is a minor hockey coach with the Charlottetown Minor Hockey Association and teaches Sunday School at Winsloe United Church.
